My Story
This was not the path I thought I was going to be on....sound familiar?
On reflection all my chosen paths have helped connect the dots to get me here. Present & in the now. Years of working in pharmacies helped me see life from a very different perspective. Day to day scripts filled & pills popped for the quick fix. Yes we need western medicine but I also believe a blend of east & west completes us. My chronic fatigue sent me on a path of questioning. Always searching for the path of wellness. Glandular fever, hepatitis & chicken pox all at once left me exhausted. My immune system wasn't coping. I had always played outdoor sports like touch football, netball, tennis & water skiing. Now with 2 littlies in toe my role had changed. I used my bank teller skills to help do my husbands books, yet the fatigue was not negotiable & so debilitating.. My hands barely could hold a cup of coffee. I had to stop. My body was not coping. Ironically after 2 years of searching I had my first Reiki treatment. Hope was on the horizon. I no longer needed the 30 vitamins & tablets prescribed by doctors & my periods returned. My body was healing. Hands are an extension of your heart did you know that? I moved on & now provide Holistic Massage & Reiki within my Sacred Space. I too wish to open doors to those who are on the journey to heal themselves, assisting their path.
My Approach
I have worked as a Massage therapist with chiropractors & acupuncturists for 15 years, at the same time also stepping into the role as a Sports medic for 5 years massaging at world competition level. This took me to Taipei, Canada, Ukraine & France. I have assisted Reiki courses internationally & taught in various locations along the east coast of Australia. Over the past 3 decades I have had my own business at Summerland Point, Springfield, Terrigal & now the beautiful Blue bay.
I love yoga, chanting, meditation & all things mystical.
Over my lifetime I feel the stars have aligned & guided me to be taught in person by Louise L Hay, Doreen Virtue, Esther Hicks, Carolyn Myss, Don Miguel Ruiz, Denise Linn, Barbara McGregor, Gill Love & currently Rebecca Campbell. My approach is to meet you where you are & guide you, even open doors to new beginnings. I am a wayshower. I offer to support you as you explore your own unique path.
